This is a personal reaction to "Singing in the Saddle, The Life and Times of Yellowstone Chip" that was sent to author Nan Weber. I started Singing in the Saddle last night when I went to bed, thinking I'd read a few pages. Before I knew it I was to page 53 and had to put it down so I could get some sleep! I'm LOVING it! I just finished the chapter where he met and danced with Betty on the sternwheeler.... He is SO COOL.... He's got such an endearing personality, and I love his vernacular. I'm just now starting the chapter about his musical history. I'm so grateful you found, and shared, Yellowstone Chip's story!
