A new series from Red Phoenix, you bet I was excited to read this story. She is off to a great start and I cannot wait to read more in the Rise of the Dominants series. After having read Brie’s Submission series I was not sure where Ms.Phoenix would go next and this was a grand surprise. She has taken us back to where it all began for Sir Thane Davis, Anton Durov (Rystar) and Brad Anderson. This is Sir Thane Davis’s story, a man who has had anything but an easy life, he has turned into a withdrawn young man who is driven to succeed. It is his friendship with Anton, Brad and Samantha that opens his eyes to what he is missing in life. We knew from past books that they met in college and became friends but I did not realise just how deep their friendship is and how their involvement in the BDSM lifestyle began. I am anxious to read the next book in the series which I believe will release next March.

OMG!!! If Sir Davis wasn't one of my favorites already ne just zoomed to the top. Red Phoenix takes us back to where it all got started and where he meets Rystar Durov, Master Anderson and Samatha. This book draw me in from the very first page. I was on a very emotional roller coaster. At times I wanted to cry and next I was laughing. Each one of them became part of his family for different reasons. Master Anderson and his jokes is a good friend and took great care of Sir. He made sure he didn't just study his life away. What I didn't remember was the ack story with Samantha. It was good to see how they met and how I opened his heart to her because he reminded her of her btother. But with Durov you understood where their brotherhood started. They were drawn together from the pain of loss and trying to move on. I seen and felt Sir’s dominance even at the tender age of 17. When Durov introduced them to BDSM he know he wasn't sadist. So being the perfectionist he was he made his own way. I love it. When he took it upon himself to train Samantha and help Master Anderson, he was already on his way to being Head Master. At one point I really was missing him with Brie because he was a little horn dog. Red Phoenix did her thing. can't wait until year two. I couldn't believe that I went back and started reading book 1 Brie Submissive Training School.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this book but this went a different direction than I thought it would. This was definitely a more emotional and exposed side of all four characters which could have been due to their age in the story. They were all just learning how to be men and delving into the world of BDSM. Two of the standout parts in the book for me happened between Sir and Rystar. One was when Rystar was when they were in the dungeon and Sir asked "How can I be an effective Dominant if I don't experience the receiving end?" Even early on in BDSM, he was wiser than most Doms would ever be. The other moment in the story was when Sir and Rystar were discussing loss and Sir said " It is the cruelest part of surviving the suicide of someone you love. You relive it every day, but you will never be able to alter the events...." This resonated with me because I have lost someone to suicide very recently. Thank you Red.

Sir's Rise gives the readers of The Brie's Submission series insight into a few of the major players. We get a glimpse of Sir Davis, Rystar, Master Anderson and Ms. Clarke as young, mostly inexperienced college students. We learn more details into the events that shaped their lives. I laughed, cried, was angry and happy, all within a couple hundred pages. Red has done it again. She creates characters who become our friends. I feel that I know these people, that I could meet them for a meal. Her stories draw you in and make you wish "The End" never arrives. Anxiously awaiting the next installment.

I have followed the story from the beginning and have loved every book by Red Phoenix so far. This follows the Brie series and does not disappoint!

Red Phoenix is my go to author when I need an escape into the world of BDSM. I love how Sir's Rise unfolds. From the beginning you have no clue what this story would mold into. It was heart wrenching, and then the pace picked up. The men of this story have their secrets and need an escape. When a certain Russian opens a new door for them, new beginnings start to flourish. Sir's Rise is a story that brings men and woman to a new world of being Dominant. I love that Red Phoenix shows it from both sides. The ending had my heart pounding, I am sure if I had the paperback and would have torn a few pages at the rate I was going. The twists and turns only makes you wonder what happens next? I am glad I was able to start a new series and cannot wait to see what comes of our beloved characters now that the first year is done. Sir's Rising is hot and brings the word Sexy to a whole new level!

This is the book one of Red Phoenix's new trilogy Rise of the Dominants and it's a good one. We meet Thane, Brad, Samantha, and Rytsar when they start college. Thane and Brad begin their journey into the world of BDSM lead by Rytsar. Samantha begins her journey lead by Thane. We get to see the beginning of the tight bond between Thane and Rytsar. Thane gets to put his beast of a mother in your place for the first time. This book is a wild journey and the sexy, steaminess starts right off the bat! Red has a wonderful way of drawing the reader in and keeping them interested. I didn't want to put it down. I volunteered to read a pre-release copy for my honest opinion and that is: This is a definite must read and I highly recommend it along with the entire Brie series and Red Phoenix. Looking forward to book two!

It's more than the rise in his pants.....it's more than the rise in chemistry and body temperature. It's that primal feeling of predator and prey, give and take, possession and being possessed. This story takes you from the start of Thane Davis' journey into the role of a Dominant in the BDSM lifestyle....learning more about entwinement of pain and pleasure... into the depths of mind control and release. It truly is orgasmic.

Red Phoenix has done it again with Sir's Rise revealing more sexy hotness with the beginning of the Dominants BDSM lifestyle. I loved learning the origins of the brotherhood of Sir, Rystar, and Anderson. Their experiences are believable and easy to relate to, making their bond understandable. Their sexual exploration in college is detailed and well described, showing us the hot Alpha Dominants in delicious action numerous times. It flowed quickly with great Characters. I enjoyed seeing the beginnings of their BDSM involvement, and the depth of their commitment to safe, sane, consensual. Truly hot, dominant men, and Ms. Clark, acting responsibly with honor, knowledge, and care. Sir's Rise was a hot, sexy, pleasure to read. Anxiously awaiting the next book. Each book in Brie's Submission series is erotic, hot, sexy, intimately described in great detail. I've read the entire series over and over again, becoming absorbed in their lives and lifestyle. You'll love this beginning story as well as each and every one.

Did you ever wonder how a Dominant figures out that is who he/she is? Site's Rise gives readers that insight. As we follow Thane's through college friendships and turmoil, winks at Brie and the school pop in. It was so much fun finding those hidden gems. Falling in love with Sir once again was easy, letting go when the book ended was not! The past is something to learn from and move forward with. This glimpse into Sir's past brought light to who he is when he meets Brie. Sir's Rise is like looking into a window of time and getting answers to those unasked questions.

" I believe a woman deserves to be worshipped- especially when I plan to use her body solely for my pleasure" Sir's Rise was everything I hoped for and so much more. It definitely does not lack in the feels department. I felt like I was on a emotional ride from start to finish. I flew through the pages of this book like a women possessed. I just could not stop reading it once I started. I seriously read this story in a day! I am loving getting to see a younger new side to Sir, Rytsar, Master Anderson and Mistress Clark. It brings a new light to so many of the characters I have come to love from the Bries submission series. Sirs Rise does not hold back on the steam. Some scenes were seriously HOT, one in particular but I don't want to spoil so I'll leave my thoughts at that. I love how all the characters are just as fun, and close as we've come to know them to be. Getting to see their relationships develop and trust be born truly made for a moving read. How each of these characters meet is truly unique and nothing like how you thought they did. I've always had so many questions about how these magnificent characters came to be, and Red Phoenix is holding nothing back filling in those blanks for us. I loved learning small but new things about each of these characters. I was not ready for the story to end. I found myself begging for just one more page. I am on pins and needles waiting for Masters Fate. I am greedy for more of these characters stories and I can't wait to see what journey Sir, Rytsar, Anderson, and Clark have in store for me next. "I read people well, but rather than year them down, I'm determined to help them grow." *5 STARS* Well earned for another emotional, page turning read. Even in their past you can't help but love these chatacters.
