Part Four: The Photo Shoot involves old movies, intrigue, some cookie butter related shenanigans, and one very steamy photo shoot.
Nora Phillips is done believing in the impossible.
After her fiancé leaves her for another woman just weeks before their wedding, Nora has to reevaluate her life big time. No more fairy tales for this sweet and savvy photographer: she's giving up on flights of fancy for cold, hard reality. She's moved to a new city, she's about to start a new job, and she's going to be a whole new Nora.
Lucas Stone is all about the impossible.
There's no mountain too high to climb and no challenge this charming billionaire won't take on. Tragic loss defined his childhood, but it also taught him to embrace life at full speed. He's spent his twenties--and his fortune--doing good, but now he feels restless. Like something, or maybe someone is missing.
When Luke and Nora are set up by mutual friends, they're instantly drawn to each other. Luke's sure he's found that missing piece in the artistic brunette. But Nora's heart has been tossed around by a callous man. It's about time she's wooed by a real gentleman.
Nora has a few weeks free before she starts her new job, so Lucas begins to plan special dates to convince her to believe in the impossible and begin to dream again. He's going to show her not all guys are created equal--and some men are the devoted type.
Together, they'll crash a yacht party--and get more than a little wet when they go overboard!--learn to fly, bare their souls, be in four places at once, and maybe...just maybe...fall in love.?
This 7-part Romance serial has it all: a rugged billionaire with a tragic past, a heroine burned by love and six steamy weeks of down and dirty wooing. We're talking unforgettable dates. Flowers. Poetry. Truffles. Love Letters. Shirtless Cooking. There may even be a romcom marathon! Plus, a deep, dark family secret that could shatter everything. Gasp!
Remember: in a Skylar Hill book heroes and heroines never cheat and good guys always get their girl! ?

In every installment, the connection between Luke and Nora grows deeper. And we learn just a little bit more about them: their hopes, fears, loves, losses. It makes these characters jump off the page to the point where you expect to run into them on the street one day. Luke continues his charming, swoon-worthy courting of Nora, opening up a even more about his family. Nora trusts him with the most precious part of her - her Artist. The actual photo shoot in this book is both steamy and emotional. A tricky balance to achieve but one that was handled with great skill here. This episode of the story is a little more cliff-hanger-y than some of the ones before it, but that ending has me hooked and anxious for the next one. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book.
I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book, Six Impossible Things: The Photo Shoot By Skylar Hill. I can’t wait for each new installment to come out. Each one is better than the one before. I love reading all about the connection and interaction between Luke and Nora. I wish there were more men like Luke in real life.
