“This book is great!” Not too technical, not too much running jargon and I love the fact that you can journal in it!

Whenever I started running, I would usually end up with plantar fasciitis or just bored. This book helped me realize that I was usually starting off doing too much. The program in the book scaled me back AND was more effective anyway. The strength routine made me realize that running alone is not enough to stay injury free and I have been running for 5 weeks now and feel great and have no injuries.
