Most Helpful Customer Reviews
The story has a lot of fun and funny rhymes, an action-filled story, bright illustrations, along with a 'math lesson': the concept of doubling numbers. I think a teacher could use this with all kinds of harvest/autumn activities, especially a fall field trip to a pumpkin farm. Since it features pumpkins, but without any mention of Halloween, parents, teachers, and librarians can use this book from late August through Thanksgiving.
