Overview

Animosity was set from humans toward mosquitoes since the human presence on earth. On the other end, mosquitoes were doing their part for Mother Nature and humans, helping recycle nutrients back into the ecosystem in a caring and loving way. The mosquitoes felt confused and disappointed. After all, they were on this earth before humans. They didn't understand why there couldn't be such a thing as love between them two. Until one special mosquito named Skeeter was born, who was able to understand mosquitoes and humans because she was both. Skeeter is not only able to understand and care for humans but also falls in love with a human named Martin. Loathe and wrath from both worlds was brought upon her, but with Skeeter's courage and stubbornness and the determination of her dear friend, the mosquito village doctor, Geeze, they ended hatred that had lasted since the Jurassic period, placing love in the hearts of both worlds, especially in the hearts of Skeeter and Martin. They loved each other and lived happily ever after.

CHAPTER 1

In the mosquito village TAZZI and HEELEEN are celebrating the birth of their first child, a baby girl named SKEETER. Unfortunately the party is interrupted by a storm which damages parts of the village and shelters, including TAZZI's.

The next morning, the storm has passed and the weather is warm and dry. HEELEEN is awakened by an unfamiliar sound, goes to see what it is, and finds a newborn human girl crying. She calls her husband TAZZI and DR. GEEZE. They all look at the newborn baby in bewilderment.

TAZZI: They switched it! Another cruel, unfair act by these mean, ice-cold-hearted humans. They want war!? I'll, give them war! This time I'm going to fight to my last soldier, to my last breath if I have to.

Meanwhile the sun goes down and the air cools TAZZI and HEELEEN find their baby mosquito back.

TAZZI: It s a miracle!

Years have passed. SKEETER now is a teenager. SKEETER with her family, DR. GEEZE, and a few soldiers are out flying, looking for nutrition. SKEETER changes into a human girl. TAZZI demands an explanation from DR. GEEZE for this terrible thing. DR. GEEZE doesn't know; however he suggests going back to the village so he can look through his medical books. TAZZI approves. They all leave, including SKEETER. As they leave the shining sun, entering a cooler cloudy area, SKEETER turns back into a mosquito.

In DR. GEEZE's lab.

GEEZE: It's a combination of weather and recessive genes.

TAZZI: And what does that mean exactly?

GEEZE: Well, I don't know how to say it, but didn't you marry HEELEEN because she was the best blood collector in the village?

TAZZI: What's that got to do with it?

GEEZE: The fact that she sucked so much blood from humans - maybe too much, especially during her pregnancy - caused her own DNA to mutate to the point that she carries human gene qualities.

TAZZI: What are you talking about?

GEEZE: HEELEEN's blood has a high percentage of human blood, and mixed with yours, SKEETER came out that way. What triggers her transformation is the dry and warm weather.

On a spring day, feeling different from the rest of the mosquitoes, SKEETER secretly flies out alone. The weather is warm and bright, and she becomes human. SKEETER covers herself ...

And heads toward the same town she saw the first time.

Accidently she meets MARTIN, and it's love at first sight. Soon she starts to feel strange.

Bad weather is coming. Suddenly SKEETER leaves.

In DR. GEEZE's lab.

SKEETER: DR. GEEZE, I want to tell you a secret ... I think I'm in love.

GEEZE: In love? With whom?

SKEETER: With Martin.

GEEZE: Who?

SKEETER: With Martin. He's a human.

GEEZE: A human? You can't love humans; you're a mosquito!

SKEETER: I am a human.

GEEZE: You are a mosquito!

SKEETER flies away.
