I apologize; apparently I can't count. The title says 100 recipes or more. Now, that I can't verify without spending additional time browsing through and counting more meticulously than I presently can manage. (But I can say the number of recipes was impressive!)

I've used many of the recipes from this book. Some I loved, others I made a couple of adjustments to in order to suit my family's needs. I particularly like the fact that this is no just a cookbook, but also an educational tool. The author includes information about how to clean and prepare fish as well as the origins of particular dishes. This, in my opinion, makes this a book well worth the cost.
