It wasn't bad... but not one of my favorites. There seemed to be a lot going on and seemed slow in some parts, and too quick in others. Could have gone without a lot of the details that were in the book, they just seemed to drag it out and a lot of the sentiments were brought up over and over again. I didn't really feel the chemistry between the 2 main characters sometimes.(seemed a little off in parts) Over all it was not a bad read, different twist. May look into the next book of the series(will get if it is free at some point).

Cricket is a runt who has had to prove herself all her life. She is good at her job but wants out of her next assignment, calming Slade. Slade is working through grief and is a bit out of control. They spend time together and work together, until they cross a line. Danger pulls them apart and they realize they need to be together despite rules. I enjoyed the story although I found the narrator a little off, distracting. I received this audiobook as a gift, and this is my unsolicited review.

author kept me enthralled from start to finish Having read and reviewed several books by this author I was very interested to read this new series. I was not disappointed in fact I am quite intrigued with her storyline. With Cricket being resistant to helping the Prince and him needing her to keep him from going into full morphogenesis the author kept me enthralled from start to finish. This book opens at a fast pace and continues that way till the dramatic end. Scenes are described in great detail giving you a sense that you are right there as part of the happenings. There were some areas that were so graphic I almost wanted to close my eyes and not see what would happen instead I found myself just reading faster to see what came next. I admired Cricket for her survival skills while living at home with her stepsisters and how she fought to get the title honorary Beta. Heroines like this are always top on my list when I am reading and this heroine, was a survivor, strong-willed, loving to those close to her, unwilling to give-up or die but also willing to walk away from love in order to do what was best for all. Prince Slade was surprising in many ways but throughout the book he was shown as strong, somewhat bossy (hey he is a Prince), honorable, sexy, hot, hot and oh did I mention sexy. I feel he was a little bit of a brat in the beginning but after all the things that happened to him I felt he was allowed this character flaw. After hearing more of the story I revised my first impression and wondered how he would survive everything to help bring about change and protect others from suffering like he was. In the end I fell in love with him for how much strength he had to fight for those he loved and for his own survival. I throughly enjoyed this book and look forward to the next book in the series. A copy was gifted in exchange for an honest review

Slade Team Greywolf  Book 1  By Eva Gordon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I received a ARC in exchange for my opinion in a honest review. Spectacular storyline! I am so happy that I got this opportunity to read this book. I really enjoyed reading this! The storyline is very intense, engaging, interesting and amazing. The characters are witty, realistic and fantastic. There is a lot of feistiness , drama and humor. This is a part of a series, but its a standalone also. The story is well written and you will be excited to read the other books in the series. It's FANTASTIC, I read it in one sitting because it's really hard to stop reading until you are finish and this makes me so excited about reading the other books in series Cricket is a small more human than werewolf that was a preemie at birth but the wolves call them a runt, most of the runts have a death rate of 99 percent before and the during change but Cricket is a fighter. But being a runt allowed her to work undercover at the special ops at the Lycan Intelligent Agency( LIA ). But she feels her next assignment is humiliating, she is a beta now not a babysitter, even if he is Royalty. Slade is a hot and sexy Alpha Prince who can't control his wolf or stop his rages, since his entire pack was slaughtered. Then the Dr. Assistant drugged him and before he could be transported in a lock room he disfigured the wolf. This made them not trust him and infuriated him, but what infuriated him even more was the tiny runt who could calm him and his wolf. Then he meet Cricket and his body and wolf wanted her, but his mind said NO WAY! I'm Royalty I can't lower myself. Once again Eva Gordon has written a book that is Amazing! I absolutely fell in loved Cricket with her feisty self. I can't wait to read this series. I am now a definite fan! I honestly loved reading this book and I recommend it. This will be a Magnificent addition to your TBR list. It's a Must Read! If you believe in the world of paranormal romance, the possibilities are endless and fascinating!

I love this book.... It's amazing, the story grabs you from the first paragragh and keeps you entertained through out.. Cricket is a strong, sassy woman though she's a runt and lowly werewolf, she's a force to reckon with and now she has to deal with Slade an alpha...

5 Stars  ☆☆☆☆☆ Title: Slade Team Greywolf  Book 1  Author: Eva Gordon Reviewer: Stephanie Jordan #Paranormal  #WolfShifter #Royalty ☆°☆°☆°☆°☆°☆°☆°☆°☆°☆°☆°☆°☆°☆ Phenomenal, that's right this is an incredible  book. You know when book 1 of a series has you glued to your seat, jaw dropping, the whole Series will be absolutely extraordinary. Cricket was a tiny werewolf, which when you are this little your called a runt. And probably 99% of runts died if not before the change then during but not Cricket she was a fighter. Being a runt meant she could pass off as almost human which was partly why she worked undercover at the special ops at the LIA  (Lycan Intelligent Agency). But her next assignment was quite humiliating, she was a beta for pete sakes not a babysitter.  Who cares if he was Royalty. Alpha Prince Slade can't seem to stop his rages, since his pack was slaughtered he just couldn't control his white wolf. Than they drugged him, transported him put him in lock room. This infuriated him even more but everytime the tiny runt came close to him his wolf calmed. Than when he saw her, he mind said " NO!!!! I'm Royalty no way do I lower myself ". Can he stop drooling? And if they work together what than? Yeah! You have to read it to find out. Ohhh Yes, I do recommend this book it's a Must Read.  I was gifted this ARC for an honest and truthful review.

I was given a complimentary copy for an honest review by author Eva Gordon. This is book 1 of the new series Team Greywolf by the author. Prince Slade had his entire pack slaughtered and went into severe depression and when he got upset he went wolf. Being taken into safety Prince Slade scents Cricket and his wolf calms down and when he sees her he is taken by the little she-wolf. Cricket is a runt and she survived the change into a she-wolf, but being the lowest member of the pack came with torment when she was young. Now Cricket is assigned to help Prince Slade adjust to humans and find missing wolves but can the 2 fight the forbidden attraction that is between them or will it cost them their lives.
