Myrtle Russell's career in health includes thirty years of service as nurse, educator, public health administrator, life coach, and writer. She currently serves as interim director for West TN Area Health Education Center, Inc., health editor for the West Tennessee Examiner, and spends the remainder of her time writing and coaching. She is the co-author of small change: a 28-day guide to eating, thinking, and feeling healthier, and has just released her second book, Free Your Mind and the Best Will Follow.
