Snack Girl has been one of my favorite daily emails for the past few years. Her insights are witty, straightforward, and real. She has taken this same approach to her new book, and I enjoyed it so much. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to read some true, real information about food and snacking from someone who's been there, done that. And even so, Snack Girl is always looking for new and better ways to make good choices for herself and her family, and wants to help us all do the same. She makes her choices and gives advice from her own real world experiences as well as those of her family. If you enjoy good reading and better understanding and good advice about real food, this book is for you. And she's got a great sense of humor, which makes it an even all the more enjoyable read!
