His secrets will destroy her.

With his smart mouth, dirty talking and possessive behavior, Sebastian Brand has me hooked in the most shameless way. I'm obsessed with him. However, now that I've escaped the mental hospital, he seeks to control my every move.
The overwhelming aloofness in his attitude and darkness in his mind tells me there is more to this man than sheer dominance. Depravity is his playground and pain is a necessary evil.
Keeping me away was his first instinct.
Capturing me was his second.
Claimed by a man with the exterior of an angel and the mind of a brute, I will do anything to unveil his secrets and face my own demons.
A body in exchange for freedom. A heart in exchange for truth.
Life is never a given. Only a certain death.

Book 1, Delirious Series. Complete at 87000 words. Cannot be read alone. Contains a cliffhanger.

WARNING: This book contains very disturbing situations, strong language, drugs and alcohol, and graphic violence.

This book, the first in the Delirious Series, is different than anything I have read.  Yes it has the female, the uber hot male and  raw, erotic sex.  But the story line, as it plays out, keeps you changing your mind as to what has happened in the past and what wil l happen going forward.  Starting with two friends Ashley and Lillith, on vaction in Costa Rica.  They end up in a Psychiatric Hospital  in Rhode Island.  Lillith is visited by the person that saved her, from what she doesn’t remember, and brought her there,  Mister Sebastian Brand.  After escaping the hospital Lillith finds Sebastian and the story really begins.  Much is going on in the  background and in the forefront is steamy sex scenes.  A little bondage, some bdsm and a dom/sub relationship grows as Sebastian is trying to keep a reluctant Lillith safe.  This is one of those books where you say to yourself “one more chapter then I’ll put i t down” but you never do.  I finished it at 1:30 a.m. and at 1:40 I bought and was reading book two.  Yes, It is that good.   Thank you Clarissa Wild for another beautifully written book.

Review of Snare (Prequel Delirious) by Clarissa Wild - 5++ stars A bumpy, Mind-Fu**ery, rollercoaster ride of a read! **Clarissa warned us with Seek that this story would unfold over multiple volumes with lots of secrets being revealed along the way - a journey of passion, trust, illusions, secrets, shocking revelations, and disturbingly dark mind games. To be honest, I was left confused and dazed at the end of Seek and could hardly wait to start on the next part of the story. This book picks up right where we left off at the end of Seek. Lillith has escaped the mental institution, leaving Ashley there. She is determined to find out what happened and to come back and get her out as soon as she can. She ends up seeing Sebastian while he was working out, but he acts like he has never met her before. "In his arms I seek comfort, however twisted it may be." There are still so many questions as to what actually happened and the secrets we still have to discover, because Clarissa keeps us guessing at every turn. Sebastian decides to help Lillith get beyond her past and remember what it is she has been blocking. Will it help her free Ashley? Will these two damaged souls make it to the other side of this craziness that they are living? We still have two more books to get through before we get all the answers and I am looking forward to reading them as soon as possible. This story scared the living daylights out of me, even while it seduced me into reading late into the night, just to find out what was going to happen. I've read lots of books that take you on a rollercoaster ride, with lots of ups and downs, but this one takes the cake. There are so many twists and turns that it is hard to keep up with what is going on. You can't just read a little bit of it, you have to keep going. It is so crazy/good that it is addictive. Clarissa's writing is just absolutely AMAZING and will take you on a hell of a roller coaster ride. Buckle up guys, it's gonna be a bumpy ride. **Complimentary Copy provided by Author for an honest review.**

I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review for MNP. This book will leave you leave you breathless. You will love to hate Sebastian. Sebastian has warned Clarissa to stay away, but she didn’t listen. She was drawn to him. He has decided that he will help her past her trauma and remember the things that she is blocking. Clarissa knows that Sebastian visits her in the institution. He has a calming sense to him that puts Clarissa at peace and she can’t figure out why. Sebastian knows that he shouldn’t have Clarissa around, but he wants to protect her. But how far will he go to protect her. This book left me waiting. I’m not normally into dark book, but this one was different. Both characters had the will to fight each other. I had to keep reading to find out what happened. It had my heart racing, but I had to know how it ended. When I got to the end of the book, I had even more questions that need to be answered. Also, Clarissa Wild has added links to music for each chapter which is a great addition to the book. Lindsey, Reviewer for MNP

Lilith has escaped the mental hospital and is determined to find Sebastian. She manages to find him but he doesn’t know how she is at all. He tells her to leave and that she doesn’t what to know him. She refuses and finds out just how much different the Sebastian she thinks she knows and the real Sebastian are. If after their first meeting she can’t just leave and walk away. There is something about him that she is drawn to. Sebastian catches her trying to follow him and decides to take her back to his place. He can’t let her go now it’s too dangerous for both of them. If they people he works for find her following him they are both in deep trouble and he can’t have that. Sebastian lets Lilith know that she is now his and he will do whatever he wants to her whenever he wants. Despite the way he treats her and the thinks he does to her and with her she finds herself more and more attracted to him. He tells her that he will help her remember what she has forgets and refuses to let herself remember. Can Sebastian really help her? Or, will his way break her before she can remember? What will happen if he does help her remember? I really liked this book and can’t wait to find out what happened next. Be sure to read the prequel before reading this one. It won’t seem like it helps but it does. I love all of Clarissa’s book so far. This is shaping up to another great series. Sebastian leads a complicated life and doesn’t really like what he does but he doesn’t know any other way really and even if he did he doesn’t believe he would be able to get away from the people he works for. Lilith lead a fairly normal life until she got back from a little vacation after her father died. She can’t remember what happened and is scared too remember. She is convinced that Sebastian came and visited her at the mental hospital. Now that she is out she goes to find him thinking he is the same Sebastian who “visited” her. He isn’t and is so very far from the Sebastian she thinks she knows. Once she learns this she doesn’t know what to do. Then he catches her following him and takes her home with him because he thinks it’s safer for both of them this way. He explains to her that she won’t go anywhere without him. He tells her that everything he does to her and with her will lead to her remembering. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series to find out what happens next. This book has lots of twists and turns. It is sad and heart breaking at times. Lilith has been through something horrible. Sebastian does help at a cost to himself. I think he has some kind of feeling for her and doesn’t like himself very much. But, by helping her he thinks he is at least doing something redeemable. I was given this book in return for an honest review.
