I loved this story was a truly inventive twist of a fairytale. Sage and Snow truly overcome amazing odds proving love can conquer all. There were quite a few plot twist that keep you hanging on and I loved the reference regarding mirrors. As usual the author packed this book full of action and has an engrossing way of telling her stories.

The characters make the story. In Snow the Vampire Slayer by Rebekah R. Ganiere, these characters are solid and so alive, which is odd in that they are mostly vampires. This is book 2 in the series and it was terrific to see the prophesies come together. This one had been misinterpreted for so very long. I am certainly looking forward to more.

This was definitely a great read. It held my attention so that I read it in it's entirety in 3 hours. What a vivid imagination rebekah ganiere has and quite the ability to put it into words. I loved the lost and found love aspect and enjoyed the prince charming with a twist as well. Delightful and intrigueing story.

My Thoughts - 5 out of 5 Unicorns - I loved it!!!  ***Received a copy of the ebook for an honest review, but I am buying it as soon as I get paid :) The cover is classic fairytale cover which is retro and coming back in a fierce way with all the fairy tale retellings coming out where authors make them their own!!! This is book 2 in the Fairelle series.  This is for adults due to the steamy scenes and violence.  This is a new twist to Snow White which is unique and completely awesome by Rebekah.  Her writing pulls you into the story where putting down the book is not an option…though my son does his best ;)  Because you are so into the story, it does not seem like 300 pages, this always helps me realize how much I love a story.  You know we’ve all read a story that felt like it took us years to read or you give up reading it because it feels that way, but I’m off topic because this story rocks. Sage is the handsome prince…oh wait he’s a vampire too.  He has a past and likes to torture himself about it, but don’t we all.  Snow is an innocent, but smart and cunning woman who wants to help her family but longs to be more.  Of course my favorites from book 1 make an appearance too :)  Adrian and Red with their crews, and Dax is a big part of this book too!!! I definitely can’t wait to read more of this series!!  I like all the fairy tale twists that have made a comeback.  I highly recommend this series to those who love fairytales but want them in a new way like the TV show Once Upon a Time, and of course if you liked book 1, you have to keep going because I think it gets better as you go :)

Snow, the Vampire Slayer, Fairelle Book Two, by Rebekah R. Ganiere The main characters in Snow the Vampire Slayer are Lady Snow Gwyn who is tired of all the cooking, cleaning and healing required to take care of her seven Vampire Slaying brothers. As the baby sister in the family she was raised as a lady who was destined to marry a noble gentleman. The fates, on the other hand, had different plans for Snow. The daily life of the family Gwyn changed drastically after the death of their parents. Times are changing in Fairelle, the first of the prophecies has come true but there is still wicked evil lose all over the land and sitting on the throne at Tana Darah. The second prophecy is of the vampires of Tana Darah. Sageren, or Sage as he is called by his friends, is the exiled, rightful King of Tana Darah and all the vampires. But on the throne for the last fifty years, are his Uncle King Philos and his wife, the evil Queen Terona. They are the ones responsible for King Lothar’s death and Sage’s exile. With the evil on the throne, the time for the Vampire Slayers had come again. The seven Gwyn brothers pledged themselves to rid Fairelle of the evil in Tara Darah and in exchanged were “magicked” with the abilities of the Slayers. Prince Sage must convince Snow’s brothers to aid him to regain his place as King of the Vampires, if they don’t kill him first. What more could a reader want than a beautiful heroine, a handsome Prince, the seven Vampire Slayers and the penultimate evil Queen? Rebekah R Ganiere has become one of my favorite authors after reading, Snow the Vampire Slayer. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. Honestly, I would give it TEN stars if I could. Ms. Ganiere has taken the fairy tale of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and given it her own twist and a turn or two. I don’t normally cry when reading books, but this one got me twice. I have already purchased Red the Were Hunter, Book One of the series and Jamen’s Yuletide Bride: A Gwyn Brothers Novella Book 2.5. This book was so hard to put down, that I read late into the night. You will fall in love with all the characters in the book. Ms. Ganiere takes time to develop her characters making them real. The books are best read in the order written as you will meet people and learn history that enriches all the books that follow.

Loved, Loved, Loved It I was given this book and just asked to give an honest review and this is what I found. This book is exceptionally written. It keeps you enthalled through the entire story. It is a wicked twist on a old fairytale. Once I started reading I just could not stop until I found out how it would end. Ms. Ganiere does an excellent job of continuing on with her storyline and helping you to learn more about the vampire prince Sage. Snow and Sage are a wonderful and conflicting couple that just can't fight who they are or where they are heading. I thought the characters were well developed. They are strong, conflicted, loving, loyal and much much more. I can not wait to read the next installment of the series. I am sure if you take the time to start reading this book you will be like me and won't stop reading until the end. Then you will find yourself craving more.

Can anyone say 'Book Hangover'??? because that seems to be what I get when I read one of Rebekah's books... because it just happened to me again after reading book 2 of the "Fairelle" series. I recommend that you read book 1 'Red the Were Hunter' first, as you need to read the books in order to get the bigger picture for the book & the best for the overall series. The Prohphecies have started to come true in Fairelle! I LOVED Snow's story, from the moment I started I was drawn into Snow's life, living with her seven brothers who are still trying to get used to being Slayers. Secretly training herself because she is a girl, her brothers are over protective, they don't want to loose Snow, family is very important to them all. Escaping every night to practice her swordswomanship (I went back to change that from swordsmanship), Sage & Snow meet, Sage doesn't want to return but something about Snow draws him to her. Sage is the exhiled Vampire prince, wanting vengeance on his uncle for killing his father & younger brother. Again not all is what it seems in this book, we have surprises, secrets, lies, betrayals, loads of action, love & inner growth. I especially like how we have characters from book 1 come into the scenes in book 2, it was great to be told how things were going with Red & the pack. Bring on book 3, I can't wait to see how the next prophecy unfolds.

What happens when Snow White is a vampire slayer and Prince Charming is a vampire?  A really, really wonderful story, that's what.  I had no idea what to expect when I started this story.  I am so very pleased with what I got.  A story filled with all types of paranormal beings, tons of action, family dramas and hot romance.  All wrapped up in a fluid, well-written bundle complete with a magic mirror and a wicked queen.  When Snow's seven brothers are gifted the powers to become vampire slayers, Snow is left behind waiting for their return to tend their wounds and keep the house.  How unfair!  Snow has been fighting since she was little when taught by her father and continues to practice, unbeknownst to her brothers.  Sage, prince of Tanah Darah, has been in exile with his band of followers waiting for the opportunity to take his throne from his uncle, who killed his family to get it.  He has made an alliance with the werewolves and, after seeing the vampire hunters in action, he wants to get them on his side also.  Unfortunately, he is a vampire, and the slayers are going to kill every vampire they find, not have a discussion with one.  Without Snow realizing it, she is falling for a vampire, which leaves her fighting her natural inclinations when she suddenly becomes a vampire slayer.  Rebekah weaves a totally engrossing tale with appealing secondary characters and an entertaining plot.  If I could give it more stars, you bet I would.   (Gifted a copy for an independent review)

Snow the Vampire Slayer is a book full of action and adventure that keeps you wanting to turn the pages! I was into this book from the very beginning. The way that Rebekah Ganiere writes keeps you enthralled and longing to know what is going to happen next. Snow is s character that I grew fond of from the very beginning. Her motherly instincts that have to kick in to care for her brothers is comforting. She loves her brothers dearly and would do anything for them. Snow's love for the fighting skills that her father taught her keeps her on an adventure every night. She wants to prove to her brothers that she has the skills to be a slayer just like they are. Her brothers being the protective ones that they are, try to keep her locked away and shield her from harm. However, nothing will stop Snow from training on her own. Once Snow meets Sage, her love for him has her wanting to take even more chances that prove to be dangerous to her. I grew fond of Sage as well. The way that he cares for Snow is honorable. His restraint in not taking her from the beginning attests to his deep love and caring for Snow. I admired how he was always on the lookout for Snow, trying to keep her safe. The way that Sage mesmerized Snow from the first, it was obvious that good things were destined for this couple. I loved seeing their relationship blossom and seeing the lengths to which they would go to profess their love for each other. Rebekah Ganiere kept you longing to read more and more until you reached the end of the book and then you longed for even more after that. To know that there is another book already in the series has me wondering what will happen next!! Thanks Rebekah for a great read!

I went an purchased this book the second I finished Red The Were Hunter. In this book we meet Snow, who is taking care of her seven brother who have been called in to service to slay vampires. Making an appearance in this book is Sage, how was also in Red. This time around we learn more of why Sage is like he is and why he lives as he does. Snow is strong and tough, but something about the mysterious Sage holds on in thrall and she wants to know more about him. For Sage's part, Snow is making his life much harder because he is so attracted to her and the call of her blood as well. When an accident happens Snow is shoved into being a slayer, and that means bad news for Sage as he is a vampire. Can she control the urge to slay the man she has come to care about? And can Sage defeat his demons and his family to take his place in the vampire world? You have to read it to get those answers! I love the twists that Rebekah has put on these classic tales!

Rebekah Ganiere’s “Snow, The Vampire Slayer” is a fascinating paranormal romance. Although it’s the second book in the Fairelle series, you can read it standalone (I did). At first the cast of characters seemed overwhelming, but as I settled into it, I realized the richness of the storyline and came to think of it as a great ensemble cast (like when Heroes was good, before they jumped the shark!). I liked the sexy scenes, very racy! The main antagonist is one of those slutty gals you love to hate! I want to know what Dax’s back story is…guessing that will be in another book of the series. I’m going to go look up book #1 right now!
