Snowy Christmas is a sweet and heartwarming story that is perfect for Christmas. Marcus had appeared in the earlier books of the series and he was one sad guy. I'm so glad that it is finally his turn to have a happy ending. I love how the story flows and how Marcus and Emily slowly fell for each other. Both have their wounds but they overcome it together through love. And of course, the addition of the dogs in Helen Scott Taylor's stories never fail to warm my heart. A truly delightful and heartwarming story.

I was so happy to visit this family again! Marcus has been in all 3 of the Paw Prints books and the first two he was such an unhappy character that I was hoping he'd get his own book where he would be happy - this is it! YEA!!! His ex-wife is finally out of the picture! He meets Emily on a stormy night when he stops on the road to help her with a dog she has just rescued. Since his sister-in-law, Jenn, is a vet, he persuades Emily to let him take her and the dog to Jenn. Emily and the dog are inseparable after that. However, Emily is penniless after being abroad and losing her money to an unscrupulous man and needs a job so Marcus makes her his housekeeper. Emily loves being part of the family after that and Marcus finally sees there is a woman who is totally unlike his ex-wife! I love all these characters and will miss them now that all the books are done! The Christmas season is celebrated joyfully in this book and so it's a perfect way to enjoy the holidays by reading it!

this book touches on the lives of Jennifer, Owen and Chloe whom we met in Silver Christmas. It is not necessary to read the books in order because she writes in a way to keep you from being lost in the book. This is the story of Marcus and Emily. Emily finds a dog (which she almost hits) and she takes the dog to the veterinarian which is Jennifer. She names the dog Snow White. Emily is currently living with her brother Ned. She has no job and money is extremely tight. Marcus offers her a job and an apartment at Rosemoor Estates. His family home. They walk their dogs together and they help each find happiness. A lighthearted read that goes fast and keeps you interested the whole time
