"The horrendous cost of medical care and medical insurance, coupled with the lack of a comprehensive health plan available to all, has rightfully been termed a national disgrace." Page 225 Roadblocks are caused by "heavily bankrolled corporate interests--pharmaceutical, medical technology, and hospital groups--who fight any limits on their profit making" Page 225 Typical socialist party drivel "PROGRESSIVE health care professionals often encourage people to get out of hospitals... while recovering..." Page 243. Its OK if a PROGRESSIVE will "encourage" you to leave. when done by anyone else, its limiting ones profit making. I have a suggestion; leave the opinions out of the book. My thought is this, if someone is this blinded by socialist politics, I feel I can legitimately question the accuracy of the rest of the book. If a conservative did this, progressives would feel the same way. Pass on the book.
