About the Author

Felizardo Duke Ramos grew up drawing and writing as long as he can remember. He had no formal classes but can’t really say he was self-taught, it just came naturally. The author always had an imagination which was and still is hard to contain. So he draws, writes, and builds a lot of things. He did just as many still do, to bring out what’s created from within but tuck it away and label it “Someday.”
A military/government brat, Felizardo Duke was born on Andrews Air Force Base in Annapolis, Maryland. He relocated to the West Coast with his family to California and graduated from Indio High School located in the Coachella Valley. He enlisted shortly after into the United States Air Force to serve and travel the world. He was stationed at March Air Force Base, approximately an hour away from the high school he attended. After being honorably discharged, he moved back to the Coachella Valley.
Felizardo Duke’s family and close friends are the foundation of his well-being. Prior wrestling teams, various dojos and the military has not only gifted him with invaluable lessons and experiences but has also blessed him with lifelong friends.
He’s a genuine fan of strategy coupled with ability from jujitsu to golf. He’s eager to understand it all and continue to be amazed in what life has in store. The good and the sad, it is life.
Currently living in Palm Desert, California, the author has been involved in the health and fitness field in the last twenty-eight years as a personal trainer and massage therapist. He enjoys coaching kids as well as learning from them. He loves the fight game, fishing, golf, quality time with family, friends, and enjoys laughing with anyone.
