Overview

Sofia's love life has ended in disaster. Having lost her London home, she now lives with and cares for her Greek grandmother, matriarch of the family, astute business woman, and widow of an English man. Sofia hears stories from the past, of her grandparents' meeting and life in the remote coastal village of Galini on the Greek island of Tritinos. When her grandmother dies, she bequeaths to Sofia the family house in Galini, with one condition attached. Her final wish is that Sofia will find the same happiness in life as she did. The house, uninhabited for years, is currently in the midst of a dispute regarding redevelopment of the village. Sofia heads for Greece, but can she keep her promise to never sell the old stone house?

About the Author

Bill Kitson, alias William Gordon, is an established crime writer. His DI Mike Nash series and his Eden House Mysteries are both set in North Yorkshire; the county of his birth. With two publishing houses taking care of his eight thrillers, and four mysteries, Bill independently publishes his Greek Island romances, often with a twist of humour under the penname of William Gordon. The result being twenty-one titles in many formats from hardback, to paperback, digital and large print; with more in the pipeline.
Having taken early retirement from the finance industry he enjoys the challenge of writing. Living and working throughout most of the North of England he is now settled in a small village on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales along with his wife and black Labrador.
His writing never stops, and when he isn't seeking inspiration from the surrounding countryside he can be found in a small fishing village on one of the Greek Islands, staring out to sea - laptop at the ready!
