Memoirs are often self-indulgent or riddled with exaggerations. But this one is just plain funny. Not funny in a way that only certain people will get, or in an inappropriate, ¿I feel guilty about reading this¿¿ kind of way, but in the, ¿Okay, maybe that wasn¿t such a good idea after all.¿ Self- deprecating acknowledgment way that wraps wonderful life lessons in an enjoyable package. I really got a sense of knowing the author in this book, and I liked them as a person and got the sense that they¿re the kind of person whom it would just be a pleasure to sit down and chat or hang out with. A good book, and very easy to read because of how it¿s broken up into little sub-stories.
