This book shows how our mind works and how it creates what happens in our life. The author is a therapist and has used many of her psycology skills and experience to show us how we affect our own lives. An absolutely must to read.

FROM AUTHOR: Pattimari Sheets Cacciolfi (diamond) Several months ago, my life buckled out from under me, sending me off into the depths of pain as I had never experienced before. One early morning on August 1, 2009, my husband asked for a divorce and left. Out of my God-awful misery came the greatest gift I had ever been given. But I didn’t know it until several weeks later. For three days, I couldn’t eat or sleep. I paced. I couldn’t cry, nor was I able to see anyone. I felt as if my world had tumbled down into pieces of pain. It was the oddest experience I had ever felt because my mind was fine, but my body went into shock. A few weeks later, I woke up with a glow in my heart and a smile on my face. Things began happening in my life that made me realize I had been given a wonderful gift. The freedom that I experienced was filled with amazing new discoveries. People were entering my life as I had never experienced before. I got offers to participate in groups, programs, books, seminars and discussions that filled my soul and spirit with love and made me happier than I had ever been in my entire life. This book is about how to make your life better with your own thoughts. I truly believe our thoughts control what happens in our life. I am writing this book to open doors for you to see that you make your own happiness. As you read each page, you will learn how you can have gladness in your life, even when it comes crashing down on you. I had often been told that your greatest misery is where you find your greatest happiness. This book has been written to show you that this is a true statement.

This extremely important, beautiful, and truly practical self-help guide should be in every public library and on every home bookshelf. When teenagers or adults that we know closely are angry, frustrated, depressed, bored, hurt, deeply troubled, or they have experienced a great loss in their lives from illness, injury, death of a loved one, or recent divorce, we can feel completely powerless to help them. In fact when tragic situations happen, it’s often quite difficult or inappropriate to give practical advice or find the correct soothing words to say to comfort them. Now every compassionate human on the planet can do something wonderful and practical for those they love or care about that will truly enable them to help themselves. Some people are so depressed, angry, sad and upset that they won’t seek professional help, or they can’t afford to seek the help of a family counsellor or psychotherapist. That is why I highly recommend this book to the public at large. I am merely a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and a certified psychotherapist, but in my humble opinion, this is one of the best self-help books ever written on this important subject. I will buy a copy of this beautiful book for everyone that I love and everyone else in my life that I care deeply about.Even in the face of adversity you really can change your life for the better.
