Overview

The machine of war is oiled with the blood of free men and their oppressors. The nations of the east have come to destroy the men of the west, ripping down their cities and their culture. The light of liberty grows dim, and to reignite that fragile flame, Rommus must confront the most ancient being still living in his realm.

The writer really makes the characters come alive and the opposite play on the String Theory is a nice touch. The story really makes your imagination spin with all the possibilities on the plot. Extremely well written!

I enjoyed the parallels with political/religious themes. Bhoors and muslims... Just don't think too hard about it, might give you a headache AT

I am eagerly awaiting the next book. well written. The dialouge can occasionally get tedious but presents well developed writing style with attention to detail.
