For his first mix on the Black Hole label, DJ Dazzle goes with a more progressive set than usual. There are a number of can't-miss producers here like Tilt ("36 [Tilt's Numerology Mix]"), Madagascar ("Requiem"), and DJ Tiësto ("Urban Train [Marc O'Tool Dub Mix]"). In addition, there are a number of lesser-known producers who contribute tracks to the double-disc mix. Nothing particularly special, Soundbox is a typical early-2000s progressive house/trance DJ mix -- dark, ominous, lumbering, trippy, cold, and hypnotic. Gone are the melodic flourishes that had characterized Dazzle's past mixes.
