Based on a hugely popular Internet documentary, this exploration of historic signs and symbolism determines what the future holds for humanity come 2012.

"If you believe there is no special significance to the year 2012, then prepare yourself for a guided tour through the most incredible scientific mysteries in the modern world, which may be the rediscovery of an ancient system of physics and spirituality that was once widely used and understood, but has since crumbled almost completely into ruin." -The Source Field Investigations

In his documentary The 2012 Enigma-viewed more than two million times- David Wilcock exposed many great secrets: DNA, consciousness science, wormholes, stargate travel, sacred geometry, three-dimensional time, the Mayan calendar, and much more. And in this book, his seminal work, he'll expose even more.

Calling upon fascinating areas of alternative science, Wilcock's unique philosophy connects the human species and the rest of the cosmos, proposing that it is in our power to usher in the Golden Age prophesied in so many ancient cultures and spiritual traditions. Unlike the doom- and-gloom viewpoints depicted in big-budget disaster films, Wilcock believes that 2012 may be a watermark for when a widespread acceptance of a greater reality will begin to occur-and in his book, he lays out many of the blueprints for such a Golden Age.

I just finished reading "The Source Field Investigations" and absolutely could not put it down! I will definately go back and read it over and over again so I can absorb more each time. I felt it was very well written and that it has very compelling information, covering many subjects that have remained a mystery for so long. All of the scientific evidence is compiled in a way that it flows with the subject matter seamlessly. I will most assuredly recommend this book to all of my friends. I have watched YouTube videos and listened to interviews of David Wilcock and was so excited that he was able to complete this book so the world could have this information before 2012. I had the pleasure of listening to David Wilcock speak at a conference I attended in 2009 and I have been reading articles and following his progress since then. The way he explains things makes the science part of it easier to understand. Thank you David, for having the courage to step up and put together all of this information for the world. This book is definately worth the money I spent. To all of you who are thinking about reading it, just do it. You will be totally blown away. If I could give this book 10 stars I would! >>>Definately a literary "homerun!"<<<<

Great book that takes you places where you have never been. I haven't seen any other book that gathers so much scientific information to great a great theory not only for 2012 and the coming of a new age, but also for the whole universe and how it works. I Highly recommend this book.

the damning evidence & shocking truth about our 'real' history David provided in his presentations was enough to send your head spinning in a whirl-wind of truth. But this book, just completes the picture. You'll love the science he has on 2012... it's a 'shocker'. (in a good way) WAKE UP TIME... :-)

I couldn't help but feel that Wilcox has formed a hypothesis and searched diligently to find 'data' that supports his position. This is a very human approach to life but not scientific. Wilcox tries ro weave together a 'theory of everything' using disparate concepts of fact and fiction. Consequently, I found myself struggling to read entire sections of his book that seemed to drone on and on restating the same ideas over and over. I think the points could have been made in a more orderly and concise fashion. Regardless of literary style, I do believe he has in fact given us a peek at an alternate view of reality that is quite possible. At the least, it's a wake up call. Ther are signs all around us that point to a significant and imminent change. If you view the Source Field as an alternate name for GOD, which Wilcox hints at, than any and all things are possible. I particularly liked the notion of his approach to life; "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you." it that's all you remember from this book it worth reading.

This book really great. For me, the source field has allways been there and makes sense to me. But this book is also great for sceptics and people who are quite new to the subject or have even refused to open up to it. It's great for them because it explains how it's all possible and how it's all connected with each other. Amazing piece of work~

Read this book! Also read these books which augment very nicely: The Law of One by Don Elkins, Carla Rueckert, James Allen McCarty isbn:978-0-89865-260-4 Biocentrism by Robert Lanza, MD, with Bob Berman isbn: 978-1933771-69-4 The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce by Wynn Free with David Wilcock isbn-13: 978-1-58394-083-9 I consider myself to be well read, and well educated. I read history, philosophy, & theology and have a strong background in the physical sciences. I have always worked as an analyst and "problem solver", so I am very good at learning and working with large, complex systems. I believe I can separate the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. So, what we have here is a well researched collection of works, drawn together by David Wilcock to try and make his point. I have not begun my acute analysis of this work as yet, however at first blush this material is either a "too perfect" collection of current thoughts, which seems to cover all of the bases, even the very esoteric ones - or this is (very close to) how it is. This material had the "ring" of truth to it. In the context of what we know - it fits! We must remember the fable of the Blind Men on the Elephant. We are limited in our understanding of anything by what we can sense and by what we already know. We must have a "frame of reference" for comparison and learning. The material presented here speaks to many things beyond our current frames of reference, and therefore must be taken with a grain of faith. A skeptic would label this work as a tapestry of fact and fiction, a la The De Vinci Code by Dan Brown, however I don't think so. Read this work in the context of all you know and what you think, and it will ring true with you as well. David Wilcock speaks to the details of his findings, and leaves the basic questions unanswered: Who are we and where are we going - and most importantly, why?

David Wilcock has done a stupendous job in connecting all the dots going way beyond conventional science to prove that an intelligent source field exists and that we are headed towards a golden age. David has a gift of telling stories of ancient prophecies... thats how he reels you in and then he backs them up by bombarding you with scientific evidence after evidence to shut up even the hardest skeptics (at least the ones who read the book). Thank you for this book David!

I have been following David's work since 2008 so I have heard some of this info before, as well as from other sources, but the way he ties everything together along with over 1,000 references is what makes this book such a stunning piece of work.

There is absolutely no way to argue with the ideas presented in this book so far from what Ive read. Because it is all based on scientific evidence, well done David, you've hit the jackpot

The Source Field Investigations is an astounding piece of work. David Wilcock meticulously researched for 30+ years to put together this amazing, mind-blowing thesis of hidden science, ancient civilizations and predictions for the year 2012. I would recommend it to the religious person as much as I would to the mathematicians and science geeks. There's an element of spirituality that seems to transcend beliefs, as well as information that will titillate conspiracy theorists and sci-fi lovers. I have spent years researching similar topics and have not found anything quite as supported, quite as en point or succinct as Mr. Wilcock's book. I refuse to tell you anything more -- if you want to know about these mysteries, you will find a way to read it before 2012 or just try to keep up with the rest of the class!

I can't get enough of this book!! As soon as i'm done I start it over again. In my opinion, one of the most important books ever written. Read it carefully and savor it. The science is phemonenal and mostly new to the Western mind. Many secrets that mainstream scientists would rather ignore for fear of ridicule --or worse. Finally science and spirituality merge in a beautiful and profound way. If you have an open enquiring mind and a good brain, you will NOT be bored.

The Source Field Investigations, David Wilcock, Plume Publishing, 2012, $18 Are you interested in knowing more about the pyramids? Do you want to learn more about the pineal gland and its functions? What about time travel, teleportation and time warps? David Wilcock shares his wealth of knowledge in this cutting edge book. His easy to understand reports are fascinating food for thought. It is Wilcock’s belief that 2012 and beyond represents a time for greatness when the blueprint for the Golden Age will be brought forward.  — Jelina Vance

This books research connects the earliest everyday living records through time to the present. Technology viewing through modern day equipment is used to verify comparisons in research. Presented in this book, the DNA code evolves in sequences of charted galactic energy. Education through focus in self-awareness of such events and daily; could increase particular useable energies, and direct ones then attached path with them. Energy in its many forms does have an effect on life. To place one’s self in a possible contact driven position; with variation and levels, seems to be an individual choice. One could assume the position would not be with a hard task-master. There doesn’t seem to be technology in place to duplicate the source’s energies or awareness for the need to. For those who want to browse the internet; for ELF and EMF wavelength possible comparison effects, information is available there. Reasonably no one would expect to be duped into a permanent allegiance with incorrect energy effects. Clearly visible are the many years of painstaking research throughout this book. With the many topics this book covers, cross-referencing with outside sources could be an adventure. I own a copy of this book.

This hefty book about "hidden science and lost civilizations" would make a fine study in the wonders of confirmation bias. The author, who gazes on us from the back flap with clear blue eyes under a lofty forehead, does not appear to be peddling snake oil to a gullible public; he seems sincere in his expressed belief that extraterrestrial civilizations are already in touch with us, and that we will soon have access to limitless energy and ¿stargate travel¿ to parallel universes. Contrary to the fringe apocalyptic buzz about 2012, Wilcock insists that 2012 is the point in time at which we all will have a consciousness revolution leading to Oneness with the Living Universe. (Like many ¿spiritual¿ authors, David Wilcock is fond of the Portentous Upper Case.) This living universe is the Source Field of the title. Like much of the material in the book, it seems to be a half-step away from a concept found in science fiction movies (force field --> source field). Hollywood, especially stuff like Stargate and Contact, has made a palpable imprint on this book, just as the movies themselves clearly made a palpable imprint on the author. (Wilcock is a small-time movie producer himself, responsible for Convergence: The Movie.) Besides the incontrovertible SFX just mentioned, Wilcock has assembled masses of other evidence ¿ press clippings, New Age publications, articles from fringe science journals, and the testimony of people who claim to be channeling spirits or interdimensional beings. Again I don't think Wilcock is trying to fool us. He's convinced by the sheer quantity of this stuff, the fact that it is not univocal, that its authors are "diverse," and that there is a thrill to synthesizing stuff that the orthodox science community refuses to take seriously. (Or do they? Wilcock thinks the UN Security Council secretly knows all about certain alien technologies, which it is sharing with India for some reason.) Besides, Wilcock rejects some self-proclaimed mediums and visionaries as invalid, although he stops short of actually naming names (unless I missed something). The book has hundreds of footnotes, although many of these are just rows of "Ibid." citations, sometimes more than a dozen at a time. All this pageantry seems to suffice for Wilcock as confirmation that his work has led to a synthesis of actual knowledge rather than wishful fantasies. I mentioned confirmation bias, a concept that it seems Wilcock has not yet encountered in his quest for higher consciousness. It refers to the human tendency to accept evidence that accords with one's beliefs while rejecting evidence that does not. The only way to avoid it is to deliberately gather evidence that your hypothesis is wrong, then compare it to the evidence that it's right. This practice of critical thought takes discipline and humility, and neither of these qualities comes naturally to us. Somehow this practice also seems to have eluded all the exalted spiritual beings who supposedly speak to us through mediums. Therefore it plays no part in this book. Well, I suppose this stuff isn't doing much harm. Maybe this specious book will lure some deeply confused folks away from the (equally specious but more pernicious) fantasy that the world is about to boil away into space because of some marks on a Mayan calendar stone.

David has a passionate feel in his writing about telling you what he has found out in the world. This book really makes you take a new look at the world around you. He wants to open your mind to what is out there that we are ignoring or simply not being informed about. The book does a good job of combining the work of several physist/scientist over the years concerning the fields around us. The pieces on the effects of pyramids make me want to go out and build a pyramid shaped house. Good stuff to wake you up!

I will commen in my own languages, because that's more commen to me.
