This cookbook not only has great recipes for classic southern pies, there are quite a number of beautiful full colored pictures. The book is diveded into sections which include cream pies, regional pies such as key Lime, Chocolate pies including chocolate chess pie and chocolate meringue pie, custard and chess pies as well as fruit pies. Every type of southern pie is in this book, including many different versions of lemon pie, peanut butter pies and coconut cream. If you love pies or Southern desserts, you will love this cookbook. A must for any dessert cookbook collector.
