Overview

Loynne's Island, undisputable capital of the Western World and flagship to its most lavish lifestyle. On this wealthy land of excesses, a teenager arrives illegally from a surviving Communist State referred to only as "The Motherland," which finds itself transitioning to capitalism. His new name, or rather, his alias, is Sonny Zharostin.

Forged in the most rigid Communist doctrine, the youth quickly learns to hate this new promise of abundance and freedom, feeling nothing but contempt for the materialistic lifestyle advocated by the people of Loynne's and dreaming only of seeing his parents again.

When Sonny receives a mysterious parcel containing the unlikeliest of objects, his life changes forever, and his safety and that of his loved ones is put in jeopardy. There is more to the parcel than he could possibly imagine, and, before he even realizes it, he is soon immersed fully into a game of love and infatuation, betrayal, terrorist intrigue, political conspiracy and unspeakable acts of violence, as his ideological zeal and dearest values are put to the ultimate test.

Throughout the ubiquitous depravity, perversion and bleakness permeating the island, the bulwark of his resolve shall stand firmly on the most unyielding foundation: Faith.
