I bought this one for my trip to Honduras and referenced it constantly. This and Learning Spanish Like Crazy totally set me up for a win and made my experience that much better.

Spanish Grammar is published by Barron¿s, and they always do great work with publishing foreign language material. This guide is small and easy to carry, but is packed with tons of info! I don¿t know how they got so much in, but just about any common grammatical question you may have can be answered with this book. There¿s coverage of sentence structure, nouns, pronouns, verbs, pronunciation¿.just about everything. The layout is clean and pleasant, and the two tone format is a smart way to make things easy to find.

Page for page, this is easily the most useful reference book I own. I might have to buy another one soon because my current copy is getting pretty beat up. I¿ve gotten tons of use from it and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone.

This small volume and the similar issue covering Spanish verbs, are very useful to students. The explanations are remarkable for their clarity. Only the section on verbs is slightly less well-organized, but still really good. If all the different kinds of pronouns, or remembering the difference between tan, tal, tanto or cual, cualquier, cuan, and cuanto, make one's head spin, this is a good place to find these and many other topics carefully summarized.
