Loved the way this book switches from one time era to another yet keeps the story line all tied together.

This book contains a thoroughly gripping story line, that keeps you turning the pages, always wanting more. The ending was thought provoking, in that it seemed to me, to be done in a classic Alfred Hitchcock style, which was extremely mind challenging. It definitely left room for a second book with the same characters.

I found myself unable to put the book down wanting to find out what happens next. The book was entertaining and fun to read. The one thing I didn't like about it was the ending. You must read it through to see what I mean. Good story though. Thanks for the FICTION!

This book is a must read for anyone who has ever lived or visted the White Mountains of Arizona. Mr. Cole has captured the essence of the area inhabitants and his story moves at a good clip with some intriguing back and forths between two time periods. Hard to put down, and pleasant to read, this would be a good movie.

In the Spring of 2001 C. E. Cole ask me to read a book he was writting. At that time Spencer's Treasure was only a 160 page baby. It was such a spell bounding book that I could not stop reading it until I finished it. I started fussing at him to get it published. The baby has grown into a full size adult of 564 pages. It is a book for everyone who likes fiction. Hopefully someday it will be made into a movie.
