Kenzie does a wonderful job for anyone new to spiralizing. Her recipes list the recommended vegetable, but she adds notes for substitutions. This is a wonderful way to write any cookbook-I don't pass over a recipe if I am not a 'fan' of the vegetable she is using. I would recommend to anyone starting out with a new spiralizer; I was at a loss as to what I could do besides zuchinni, and Kenzie opened up a new door to my cooking and vegetables.
