Overview

This material is the first of a series of twelve. Spiritual exercises to enhance our spiritual walk. We understand that physically if we exercise it is good for our health and overall well being. It is the same with the spiritual. If we are spiritually aware of God's principles as well as character then we can implement them daily. This material does just that. Each day you will get a look at a principle of character trait of God's and receive an exercise to implement. By doing this each day you will get a little stronger and aware of short comings and defects. Once you have understood where we falter we can work on those areas and improve. Of course none of us are perfect but we strive to improve. With this material we can stay in tune with the heavenly host daily. The material is broken down into days. No particular date so no confusion when we should read it or even work on the exercise. Understand some exercises will be more difficult than others and need to be address more frequently. So because it is listed day one or three does not mean that you have to move in that order. Some you might want to take a week on others a day on. Just remember that the more you are empowered the more you have to fight with at the time of attack. The word of God is our sword but if we don't implement it in our lives what good is it to us.
