Man’s condition warranted God’s intervention into history to rescue us from eternal destruction. This book is for those who get perplexed about the subject of suffering. My aim in this book is to reveal to its reader through the scriptures that the favor of God creates pathways to victory in every dilemma in life. And that when we understand the reason behind our suffering we can more freely access the help and support available to us in Jesus Christ. To be a Christian means to be a follower of Christ; because He is blessed, we are blessed and that beyond measure for His great love with which He loved us. The content of this book will also remind us of our purpose, the reason why we are here. That reason being to share God’s love with the world through the revelation of Jesus His Son, referred to as the suffering servant. And to show to the world that suffering for Christ gives to us the advantage rather than a disadvantage. The backdrop of it all is that it comes with the expectation of drawing the sinner to Christ with a repentant heart. This book shows to us that set backs for Christ are actually set ups by God for everyone who will yield their lives to Jesus with total abandonment and without reservation. Finally, this book is written to show to us that although no one enjoys suffering in any form, when we suffer for the cause of Christ, we discover the bridge to our victory that’s often unforeseen. That is; we learn to allow our experience of faith testing to run its course to completion. This is our secret weapon for triumphant Christian living. This is a place it seems, that scores of people fail to reach. Life lived for the Lord Jesus will sometimes call for suffering of some kind, but the greatest thing about suffering for Him is that He never asks us to suffer without Him. He suffers through it with us, assuring our ultimate and triumphant victory!

About the AuthorWillie Johnson was born July 23, 1952 in Laurinburg, North Carolina, to John and Lucy Johnson. He is the eighth of fifteen children. Willie received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in the summer of 1972 after recovering form a struggle drugs. Then he became very active in the Church, becoming supporting the local ministry. As a psalmist and lover of music, he played for various groups and choirs.In 1986, he received the call of God to the ministry and became active in the church as a deacon and trustee. In 1989, he was ordained as the assistant pastor at the local church where he worshiped, and after a few years, he became the pastor. He served as pastor/senior pastor of two churches for more than six years in New Haven, Connecticut. Currently, he is the Senior Pastor of Restoration Life Church Orlando, in Orlando Florida. He enjoys writing, playing and recording music, and singing for the Lord. He is the president of Lord Song Music and Publishing. And he loves God for giving him the privilege to serve.
