SHE HAD MOVES NO ONE COULD MATCH
And that kept superspy Nadja Stefn alive on many an undercover assignment. Until one slip changed the game forever.
It happened one icy cold night...two spies on the run, holing up together...the night Nadja wore red. They exchanged no names, and five years later Nadja still didn't know the identity of her child's father. Until she was chosen for a mission that paired her with her mystery lover.
When the assassin they're after kidnaps their daughter, Nadja faces a terrible choice: A) deliver her daughter to this vicious criminal, or B) lose her child forever. But master game player Nadja might just go with option C....
About the Author
A typical day for me starts at 4:00 a.m. I work outside my home so I must write in the early morning. I consume a pot of coffee before seven, and hopefully write 10 pages before I switch hats and prepare to open the family bookstore.
With teenagers in the house, breakfast is a buffet affair. The store opens by 10, so I pack my laptop, toss a little makeup on my face, and head to work. By late afternoon I switch hats again, stopping off to do a few household errands, then it's another buffet for dinner. The dishwasher on, a few loads of laundry in and out, and I'm ready for a glass of wine and a soak in a hot tub to brainstorm tomorrow's 10 pages.
Ideally, if I can get to bed by nine, my 4:00 a.m. writing schedule will be met the next day.
Ah, the life of a writer who wears too many hats.

The prequel to Perfect Assassin, and I really should have read them in the correct order. This is the story of Nadja Stefn, a woman who, when fleeing some thugs ended up in bed with a man who helped her get away. This relationship has stayed in the back of her mind and she wonders if she will ever meet him again, after all, she had a daughter from that one-night stand, she doesn't even know his name. When she's assigned to work with that man, it brings a whole load of issues back to haunt her. It was an okay read but there were parts of it that grated a bit.
Wonderful book. Gripping story line from the beginning, great plot twists & turns, and the development of other characters which had future books based on them. I can't wait to track down the other books in the Spy Games series!
Euro-Quest and NSA Onyx are combining resources to stop a rogue assassin killing agents from both their organizations. Onyx¿s Bjorn Opell will head the efforts to stop the killer. He has a choice of deadly female Quest agents to accompany him. Though Quest suggests their more endurance player, he selects Nadja ¿Q¿ Stefn, the notorious bedroom assassin. He denies knowing her, but he is the only male to survive a night with this black widow......................... The duo follows the trail of the killer from Prague to Vienna, stopping for some sexual activity on the way. In Austria, Bjorn and Nadja continue to make love as they come closer to a deadly killer who knows they are after him or her and have this duo on the list of those who will die...................................... This is an exciting espionage romance starring two intriguing protagonists though one must wonder if Nadja can be considered likable and how on the edge Bjorn could cherish ¿rough¿ sex. The cat and mouse spy counterspy plot is thrilling and using Prague and Vienna as the background gives a Cold War feel though clearly it is a post Wall fall novel. Though most readers will doubt that the couple will survive another month together (no sequel seems feasible for this duo) as Nadja is bound to kill Bjorn, fans of espionage thrillers will appreciate this deep tale........................
