Usually a great fan of Brad Thor's novels, Spymaster was significantly disappointing. The writing and plot were particularly simplistic. The best part of the novel was the period at the end of the last sentence.

I really couldn't put this book down from page one. Very well constructed and fast paced. Good too see another team member introduced . The cliffhanger at the end has me eager for the next book.

The only negative about reading Brad Thor's Spymaster is reaching the last page which means I have to wait months before the next Scot Harvath book is written and released. Perhaps, though, I will simply reread the earlier ones. This character of Scot Harvath is brilliantly written. He becomes someone we wish we knew, someone we would be thankful was watching over us, and someone we respect. Knowing that Brad Thor is involved with the world he writes about is both unnerving and reassuring. Unnerving because this fictional wold is not so fictional. Reassuring because people like Mr. Thor and his friends are involved in it.

Again such a great story by Mr. Thor. I just love his fast paced intreaging and action packed books. This one does not dissapoint, in fact there's a whole new way of looking at things from from Scot's viewpoint. I can't wait for the next, and please Mr. Thor if you read these could you put out a quick short. I can't wait for another 2 years!

Brad Thor takes a complex story and makes it easy to read

Thor does know how to weave together a story peopled with very complex characters. In the process, he clearly explained NATO & the corrupt nature of Russian spies. Through the final chapters, Thor sets up the plot for the next adventure of the team--I am ready for his next book!
