Andrew Schneider, Quincy Roggins, and Joseph Prater are Minor-Risk students at a school geared towards the education and betterment of adolescents who suffer from a wide array of mental disorders. With his father committing suicide, his mother landing in an adult insane asylum for her bouts of extreme schizophrenia, no other relatives to fall back on, and his own mild case of schizophrenia he inherited from his sour gene pool, Andy has lived the majority of his life within the walls of the Institution.
