I really liked the wreckers first cd. I liked Branch's previous albums and was worried that this change in genre would sound horrible but I listened to it and found that it had good lyrics and a great beat. I personally preferred "Stand Still, Look Pretty" and "Tennessee" as well as the obvious hits "Leave the Pieces" and "The Good Kind."

This is yet another in a long string of drab and bland pop trying to pass itself off as country in an attempt to sell music that could never be marketed as pop because its too boring. If you are looking for some good country, pass this one by.

This is such a great cd! I love just about every song on this album, especially #7, "Cigarettes." Michelle Branch was great before, but even better with the Wreckers! Go get it!

Perfect in every way. No weak link in the bunch.

The new album by Jessica Harp and Michelle Branch is amazing. Their harmonies and songwriting skills cannot be outdone. They let you know exactly what's on their mind in each song, from emotional songs like Stand Still, Look Pretty to the goofy Crazy People. This is the best album of the year.

I swear some of these lyrics were based on my life. I love every song on this CD and it has not left my CD player since the day I bought it. I was very impressed the Michelle and Jess wrote the majority of the songs themselves. A must buy!!!!!!

Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp have collaborated to create the greatest album of the year. Their voices blend together so well you can rarely tell who is singing. You will love this album if you like country, pop, rock, bluegrass, acoustic, singer-songwriters, and everything in between. If you have been a Michelle Branch fan before - this is just the next step in her career, and a graduated version of the songwriting she did on Hotel Paper. And if you've never heard of Jessica Harp, then you're in for a treat.

The Wreckers' debut album Stand Still, Look Pretty is one of the greatest albums to come out in a long time. Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp are truly terrific together. From the very well written lyrics to the great guitar playing, there isn't a minute of this CD not to love.

This is THE best album I've ever heard!!!!!This is a sophisticated mix of country, pop, and rock, that I would recommend to anyone. A lot of tracks sound like Michelle Branch's solo stuff, but there are stil SEVERAL that would be right at home on any country music station. THIS ALBUM ROCKS, GO BUY IT!!!!!!!!!

Michelle Branch and Jessica Harp make a good team. Michelle Branch was pretty good before, but now she's even better. Even though i don't like country very much, they did a good job of making it not too country. I espicially liked Cigaretts, Leave The Pieces, Way Back Home, and Rain. This is the best!

This cd is amazing. The wreckers are fantastic. They couldn't of done a better job on this cd! They defintly know what they're doing. Michelle Branch is way better country. I DIDN'T like her in pop, but she's good now! My favorite songs are leave the pieces, Tennessee, my oh my, and crazy people. The other ones are good too. I defintly recommend this cd so you need to go buy it now if you haven't!! You WON'T regret it!

David McGee's "Barnes and Noble" review pretty much sums up the album. Pretty voices, edgy lyrics, not too country/not too pop. One of those CD's you can play the whole way though without skipping songs. Worth the money!

I saw the Video for "Leave the Pieces" on CMT and this tweaked my interest. I have followed Michelle Branch for some time and this indeed seems her niche. This is a good balance of vocals and music. Excellent song writing...

Jessica Harp and Michelle Branch and the rest of The Wreckers(songwriters, session/guest musicians, et al) transcend. One of the best debut by a group!! What more can anyone say after the music stops? More! More! More!
