This book looks big at first but a look on the inside shows the use of space and large font size for readability. This design makes it much easier to read. The book is clear on the terms, organization, and startup of an LLC. It has examples for different scenarios to aid in the understanding of different terms, benefits, and responsibilities of an LLC. The book also includes sample forms you can use as a guide for your business. It takes the reader step by step through the process of learning terms to creating a name to filing organization papers to running your LLC. The book, however, is not state specific, so the reader will need to check with his/her state laws. The book does list some states statues in the rear. For those who want to start an LLC and have no business knowledge, this book is a good start.
