What I loved about this book was, not only did it help my stepson practice his reading, he was also able to learn some history at the same time and he was excited to do it!

If you purchase this book, I would purchase the print version. I bought this for my daughter to read on my NookColor. It is not formatted so that the pictures actually fill the screen (and does not rotate when you rotate the Nook). On some pages the font is large and easy to read. On other pages the pictures are tiny and the print is tinier (and cannot be adjusted). The actual story is a very good introduction to the history of the Statue of Liberty. I just wish that I had bought the print version. I will not be purchasing anymore of the Step Into Reading books for my Nook.
