This is my 2nd copy of this nutritional textbook. It is chock full of up to date, well researched information to support health through nutrition. I would recommend it to anyone interested in helping themselves and their family to stay healthy. And it is an excellent resource for doctors and nurses who want to help their clients to make the best food and supplement choices for health as a primary option before (or in conjunction) with a less drastic drug protocol.
