The title is a bit misleading, but works extremely well with the contents. You are on a voyage to improve your writing skills. The exercises at the end of each chapter provide you with a fun but useful way to help to improve your story writing ability. Good for either a beginning writer or a review for a published story teller. Get your pencil out and have fun.

Way the most readable book on writing I've ever read. Le Guin's wit combined with all kinds of useful tips on writing narrative, make it a book to keep around and enjoy over time.
