Would be better if the sample included some information about the book besides just what the abbreviations mean. I dont even know if i want to buy it because i can't see any of the work!

I was not impressed. She used mostly worsted wt. yarns from her own line. There was a unique spiral hat. Mostly small basic patterns.

Okay book for some basics, but not much here that I will actually make.

Many small quick projects to help learn new techniques. Many of these would make great gifts. Some I would not make for myself since the designs are for younger and thinner folks but they would make nice gifts. I plan on making the cabled Wristers, the Bobble mittens, and the brioche scarf. I like the how- to section with pictures to use a reference, and the charts as well as written instructions. Good book for beginners and those wishing to expand there knowledge.

Lots of nice projects. Each teaching a new skill. Made several of the projects for Christmas gifts already! Would like to make a couple more things too. Some projects small enough to take to work, some not. Also several different skill levels in projects, something for everyone! Check it out. My sister took it from their public library and she also loved the book!
