It was amazing!

If you are thinking of purchasing this book in the hopes of new content or more insight into the universe of the show I have two words for you: look elsewhere. The most this guide offer's in the way of information is minimal bio's for the Gem characters and aside from one or two random bits of trivia there is nothing new about the information. You can learn more by watching the show then reading this book; speaking of reading there isn't much in the way of that either. Guide to the Crystal Gems is 90 pages' of large type interspersed with the occasional piece of art from the show itself, if you had hopes of that being new I'll have to disappoint you yet again, none of it is. In the end I would sadly have to say Guide to the Crystal Gems is not worth the price, if there had been even a little more new information or trivia I would reconsider my rating however there isn't so I can only give this product 1 star.
