My wife and I received this book as a wedding present, and it has earned a prominent place in our kitchen since then. We¿ve tried perhaps nine stew recipes and each one is a winner. The Shrimp and Feta Cheese with Dill recipe alone is worth the cost of the book. Other memorable concoctions include Chicken Marsala, and Chicken Breasts with Artichoke and Lemon. The recipes (44 in all) are divided into four sections: poultry, meat, seafood, and vegetables. The ingredients and instructions for each are listed in large, easy-to-follow type and accompanied by a saliva-inducing photo on the opposite page. Every time we¿ve had family or friends over for dinner, these stews have gotten rave reviews. If you enjoy cooking, buy this book. If you don't, buy it anyway and try the Italian Beef Stew recipe. You'll become a believer.
