I enjoyed reading this book but felt the ending was rushed and not complete

This book received a lot of great reviews, and I like suspense/thrillers, but I quickly found myself having to force my way through it. If you don't mind a LOT of unnecessary foul language and graphic sex scenes, you'll be ok with this book. The plot was interesting with all of it's intricasies, I really felt it a shame there was so much unnecessary (in my opinion) content. The scenes with the priest were beyond disturbing, and again, I felt very unnecessary. I know these things may not bother a lot of readers, but I wish some had left reviews that would have let me know the book contained a lot of this type of content. So, I'm leaving this review for readers like myself. I'm not one to give up on a book, so I saw this through, but was never so glad to finish a book. I know an author puts a lot of work into a book, and no one likes to have someone say their work isn't good, but this one requires a disclaimer - it will be disturbing to many readers.

I was given this book for an honest review. This was a thought provoking..tear jerking story of a little girl taken from her adoptive parents. It really explains how a child can adap t in situations. Her stories are always interesting and I couldn't put it down. I will always read this authors books..she is such a talent

Another winner for Ms Richmonde, following the success of her Pearl series. Although I must say, this book is nothing like Pearl!! This is a thriller and it certainly put me on the edge of my seat. The triple POV worked well, unusual but definitely worthwhile. I love the way Ms Richmond writes her characters so that I totally "get" them. At times, I wanted to punch Tommy right in the face!! Well edited as per usual, no repetitive writing, great cover, flowed nicely...all in all a very well presented book

Plot: 4.5 Characters: 4.5 Writing: 4.0 Pacing 4.0 Cover: 4.5 Heat Level 4.0 I have read three of Arianne’s books before reading Stolen Grace, and they were of a very different style to this, but I knew that heading into this book. The writing came across as raw and vulnerable, helping me to empathise straightaway with the emotions of each particular centre staged character as their own dramas unfold in whatever POV we were in at the time. The only real criticism I have was in Grace’s POV I felt some of the things the little girl voiced or thought were rather mature for a six year old to have thoughts about. This on occasion did pull me out of the story. Apart from that, their roller-coaster of a story leaves you fully engaged and breathless. *Arc kindly provided by the Author for the blog tour*
