the pic looks real nice. its just to bad the real thing isn't so nice. i just bought mine today and the bag is plain black. its not even close to velvet, and there's no scarab on the bag or anywhere for that matter. that booklet is tiny with small letters. it also only has three pages in English and the rest is just the same thing repeated over and over again like a instruction manual basically saying the meaning of the runes, two ways to use the stones, and a small amount of history behind the story of the runes. the stones are pretty nice. not as clean carved as the pic looks here but still nice. overall take the stones make yourself a new bag and buy an actual book on the subject if you truly want to learn more about it.
