I have learned so much on how to keep myself under controll from this book. I am letting my children 16 and 13 years old read it now. The information in this book is such an eye opener. I never knew that I was doing some of the things that I was untill i started focusing on them. This book is going to help me be a better and happier me. i plan on still rereading it and contiune to help myself to not be angry any more out loud.... Please read this book it will help you .
