Stories short enough to read anytime, anywhere by D.G. Baxter
These nine short stories will keep you entertained and engaged. A few are under 1,000 words, and most are under 3,000 words, so it won’t take long to see how they end. While these stories are short in length, they are long on character and plot. Hopefully, you will slip into the characters' lives and the dilemma they face, as well as an often unexpected ending that will leave you smiling. My goal is to give the reader stories that feel familiar and yet are new and thought-provoking. Stories include an advertising pro stuck on an elevator, a young woman who escapes her abuser, and a politician who deals with a leaked email that reveals he divorced his wife because she hated his dog. There’s more, of course, so please enjoy Stories Short enough to read Anytime, Anywhere.
