Meet the Author

Kahlil Gibran (1883-1931) was a Lebanese poet, philosopher, artist, and writer. The millions of people familiar with his work consider him the genius of his age.
Robin Waterfield is a graduate of Manchester University and studied Greek philosphy at King's College, Cambridge. He is currently writing a major biography of Kahlil Gibran.

Ginger tom with brown and white dash-like stripes and green eyes. He has not chosen a mate and hs not had kits. Canyonstar is very peppy and fun, but is very wise. (Theme song is "Part of Me" by Katy Perry)
