About the Author

The moment Sandra Ross held her first romance novel when she was ten, she knew she was going to write romance. At thirty now, a prolific reader and a freelance writer, she's since then expanded her preferences from just romance to romance with a dash of now trending sub-genres—paranormal , fantasy, sci-fi even, and erotica. She loves challenging herself and would write on a dare. On a normal day, she would be found in her herb garden collecting spices for her kitchen or ingredients for her potions; in her huge eclectic Provencal kitchen with the big modern oven cooking pots and pans of food for her family of one husband and three kids (an ardent daughter and two boisterous sons) that'll probably last for weeks; in her library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and an e-reader in her hands as she reads the latest erotic hit; or scribbling pages upon pages of different erotic lifestyles, searching for the one that feels like it was inspired by just the right mix of passion, story line, and sex. Aside from these activities, the rest of the time she'd be found in front of her laptop typing the latest Sandra Ross concoction for her readers.

Strangers Just This Night is tantalizing.  The sensuality and seduction start from the bar scene, where the two meet.  This story was very descriptive and nearly jumps off the pages, while the reader is reading it.  Reading about the romance between Jessica and Logan was very worthwhile to me.  It also gave insight into the feeling of wondering why you are doing something or what you are going to do next.   Sandra Ross was amazing in the crafting of this story.  It grabs the reader’s attention and is able to make the reader be drawn right into one of the characters.  Her descriptions of everything are so vivid that you will not be able to believe that you are actually reading a book.  This book was written in a way to be able to paint such a picture of the events that unfold; the reader will not be able to stop, until the book is finished.  The best suggestion is to read it when there is plenty of time with no plans. Strangers Just This Night has become one of my favorite stories by Sandra Ross.  She was very vivid in her way of describing the different scenes that took place throughout the story.  The best part of the entire story was the way that Jessica had taken off her shoes and rubbed her foot on Logan’s leg after he sits next to her at the bar.  If you are wanting a tantalizing tale of seduction, Strangers Just This Night is one that you should read.

One incredible night! Sometimes people can be surprised even of their own actions and thoughts. At some age, we start thinking that we’ve reached the main goals of the life. Usually it is connected with two things – a job and a family. You have a progressive career and a happy family. You feel yourself fulfilled and calm, but suddenly… Suddenly, a one night causes to doubt. This book is about this strange feeling, when you don’t know what to expect of yourself. It’s really very strange and it is a great topic for erotic romance. A story is quite typical - Jessica and Logan have their own lives and they are strangers, but in one incredible night these two become the closest persons in the world. I spent with this book one night and had an incredible feeling after reading. “Strangers Just This Night” is full of attraction, which quickly transform into explosive uncontrolled and unexpected passion.  Erotic scenes are described very well, with amazing intriguing details. This one night becomes the best night in their lives all hidden passion and sexuality make it completely perfect. However, when the next morning came, reminding about reality, could these two people, so closed a few hours ago, become strangers again? Will these sweet memories change their common lives somehow? I would recommend this book for enjoyable reading.

Sweet Tale This is a sweet tale of romance almost fairy tale like. Every girl’s dream of meeting that dream man, tall, handsome and preferably rich. Most of Sandra Ross books are situated in idyllic settings and this is no exception. Tales of everyday life but highlighted by excitement and suspense. Sandra Ross has taken a normal everyday situation and crafted a story out of it. The story revolves around the protagonist, Jessica who is auburn haired, perfectly toned body, perfectly dressed sitting at a bar musing on a drink when enters the tall and rich Logan. The attractions are immediate and the connection is made. They adjourn to dinner where over more conversation and laughter the sparks start flying. Guess what happens next is obvious. Sandra Ross has crafted a storyline which might seem to be ordinary but her skillful art in forming words and structuring of sentences will keep the reader’s interest sustained. This is a book for casual reading and to while away the moments in capturing a bit of fantasy. Most of us lead quite routine lives and to delve into fantasies such as the perfect body and the perfect moments do bring a spring back into our steps.

Sandra Ross does it again with another awesome book. She has a writing style that I love reading and all of her books are different in some type of way. This one is one that I liked as well as her other ones. She always makes me wonder what will happen next and how far things will go with her characters. I love the fact that she can make all of her characters so realistic and engaging to her readers. This book was great and I think that I would read it again after I have read all of her other books. Ross really knows how to keep my attention especially with humor. I love how her dialogue for her characters had a little humor in it when she started the first chapter. I am jut amazed at what Sandra comes up with when you writes her books and I am always looking for new things and new ideas that she has. I actually thought that this was a good book and that she did a great job writing it. I do not want to give everything away especially if you end up reading it yourself, so everything is a little briefed, but I would recommend this book to my friends. This is one that is easy reading and very easy to understand. You will not be able to put it down once you have started it. When you go from chapter one you will be hooked on this book and you would want to know what will happen next.

It's incredible just how far the human species has evolved. Over the course of thousands of years, male and female have come together due to factors such as weather, heat, hunger, community, and so forth and have somehow managed to populate the planet. Somehow, the intangibles of what attracts one human being to another have survived---and thrived. Sandra Ross acknowledges this in her book "Strangers Just This Night: Sweet Erotic Romance." In the story, Jessica is an auburn-haired beauty with an hourglass figure and a smoldering sexuality that surges forth from her very being. She knows she is attractive and consciously desires to find a man of similar qualities and stature. She is sitting at a bar and enjoying a drink while playing the unspoken dating-mating ritual with countless men, all of whom seem to be silently vying with one another for her attention. She is polite, but simply does not feel an instinctive connection with any of them---until she casts her eyes upon Logan, a dashing individual "with longish black hair and piercing blue eyes" (ch. 1). The timeless soupcon of looks, pheromones and sexual desire within Jessica merge and bubble to the surface, and manifest themselves with steady eye contact and "a slow, sexy, welcoming smile with her seductive bee stung lips" (1). Ross puts her keen eye for detail to good use in "Strangers" with her clever, descriptive wordplay and lets her readers visualize the setting that unfolds: Jessica's dress; the bar where she is sitting; the interactions with the bar patrons; and so forth. As I read "Strangers," I wondered about the qualities in a man that the protagonist is seeking. Besides the obvious (good looks, virility, erudition and education), what else would possibly draw Jessica---or any woman for that matter---to a particular individual? Why is it that some women are attracted to intelligence over looks, while others appreciate and bask in the presence of an Arnold Schwarzenegger-esque type? Why do some women favor nerds while others find love and attraction with bad-boy archetypes? Social scientists have struggled for years to determine what universal, underlying qualities stir emotional and sexual passion in women and men. The fact is, human beings are such complex creatures loaded with numerous unpredictable emotions and attitudes that their individual agendas cannot be accurately measured to any particular outcome. What is known, however, is that people are not static creatures. Personal experiences shape and influence how we react with our immediate environment. And who we are as adults are entirely different from when we were teenagers, just as we were different people as small children. Were these physiological and emotional changes to never happen, perhaps the human race would be nowhere near as diverse as we know it today. Ross has written "Strangers" as an example of how the mysterious dating and mating rituals among humans occurs. We read about the developing relationship between Jessica and the mysterious Logan evolve as they play out their roles that have managed to sustain the survival and growth of human beings over tens of thousands of years. "Strangers Just This Night" provides a good read and a well-crafted storyline.
