I bought this book - and yes it was a 1990 date - but it is as up to date as any new book- simple/right to the point/the forms are great and you can add to them. This is a must for any middle to upper management to read. I am in upper management(fortune 100 company) and this has helped our planning process from the text age to the real age. Do not let the date upset you - get it and you will like it very much.
