I ordered this book used and received it earlier than expected. However, this book arrived with biological residue in it. I can't make out whether it's tiny bits of hair or mold in between the pages, but there are LOTS of little tiny hair like things in between the pages. Also, there's what appears to be blood splatter on some of the pages too. This is too gross to even handle and I'm truly disappointed that Barnes and Noble would send out a book in such terrible condition! I tried to go the website to contact customer service, but the page doesn't come up. I'm returning this book and will never order from them again. And I used to be a Barnes and Noble customer and member!! Not anymore!!!
