Perfect! Im a female and I recently got interested in weights and strength training and this book breaks its down simply! And the illustrations are perfect. Each pic shows you exactly how to do the exercises and the primary and secondary muscles each work. Id recommend it! Even the complete novice will love it!

Bought this book for my son as he is trying to get in shape - I found it to be very informative and I suspect I'm reading just as much as he is!!
