I love the fact you can select the exercises and also the equipment used. So say you go to a gymn, you can choose exercises for the gymn equipment or use their free weights to plan out your exercises. She explains how to use balls, free weights, toning bands and stabilzing ball along with some that require no equipment at all. Also included are warm ups, cool downs and preplanned workouts. You will not become bored with the workouts because you can change the exercises and the equipment you use. I am older and just love the idea I can plan my own programs and not feel I cannot do an exercise program!
