I have been working out 4-6 times a week for a couple of years. I wanted to start doing more weights, so got this book. I am a 130lb female. I found all the detail of anatomy very informative. I think this book is perfect for a beginner or someone ready to take the next step in improving and adding to their fitness levels and goals, as I was. I do agree with the other review, however, that this book may not be enough for a serious body builder or intense lifter.

This book has absolutly no value. There very few excersises and training programs. Do not buy this book if you are a serious weight lifter. Absolutley horrible.
